Traditional Shaolin culture is designed to accommodate you all through life, so no matter what age we have something that can suit your interests!
Shaolin Kung Fu

Our Traditional Kung Fu classes focus on power, speed, flexibility, and endurance. We learn stances, kicks, strikes, and forms (taolu), while improving focus and patience. This is the class to take for an authentic Shaolin experience.

Ba Duan Jin Qi Gong

These classes are based on slow and repetitive movements with deep abdominal breathing, which helps to increase blood flow and oxygen absorption. It is designed to build internal energy (Qi) and improve health, while relaxing the mind.

Boxing Fitness-Defense

This is a fun, upbeat class based on Kung Fu drills. It is designed for those who do not want a regular Traditional class but want to focus on their defensive footwork, punching, and kicking in a fun, energetic way. Suitable for all ages.

Our classes are hosted in partnership with the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto, located at 5183 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have experience?
Absolutely not, we have students of all skill levels and you will work with those of similar experience.

What should I wear?
Please wear indoor shoes, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and we are asking everyone to continue to wear a mask. Once you enroll we have a standard uniform designed for Kung Fu.

What are the costs to enroll?
We have a New Year's Promotion with discounts to help make things easier for you to start -- uniform $80, annual fee $50, tuition varies by class with 10-15% discount. Please see our fee schedule for more details.

Do I need to start at the beginning of a term?
No, classes are designed so you can join even late in the term.

Am I too old or young to join?
We do not have an age limit however the youngest kids are around 7 years old, and the oldest adults are in their 70's, but feel free to contact us about your particular situation.
